Apart from the maple leaf, beavers and hockey...maple syrup is one of our national symbols of pride and pleasure. So, you will understand when I say that I truly enjoyed reading (and seeing) this blog post. You made everything come alive and gave it a very human touch which can include a bit of disappointment, as well.
