Post before the post

This is the post where I am telling you that I will do a much bigger post/picture dump sometime very soon from the Maine & New Hampshire leg of Kari’s national book tour. Expect lots of pretty pictures.

In literary news, I’m a much better writer than I had originally thought. I’ve been editing my new book and have been averaging about 20-30 pages a day. Today, I flew through 60 pages. Apart from a few word changes here and there, it was error-free. I’m expecting to be finished with this round of edits by the end of next week (or sooner!). Expect the big book reveal soon after.

Take an audio gander at Cat Power’s new album, Sun. NPR is doing a “First Listen” where you can listen to it in its entirety. It’s brilliant and I cannot wait until it’s released next week.
