Emily’s all aTwitter

It’s been a while since I posted a cute pet photo, so here is Charlie with all of his poofy-eared goodness as he waits for dinner.

Kari’s event at the Trident Bookshop in Boston went very well. You can read all about it here on Kari’s site. Here is a picture of her before the event, making fun of my pictures in the earlier post with my rejected author photos.

Just finished reading Tales of Amherst – A Look Back published by the Jones Library in 1986. It’s a collection of interesting stories about people and places from the history of Amherst, Massachusetts. I’ve been spending my reading time this year divided between historical/research books about Emily Dickinson and the Amherst area, and books for fun. Now, I’m onto a fun book: 11/22/63 by Stephen King. I’ve been reading his books since middle school, and I’ve wanted to read this one since it came out last year, but am finally getting around to it now.

If you don’t yet follow Emily Dickinson, Superhero on Twitter (username: @EmilyDSuperhero), you are really missing out. She says some funny funny stuff.

Speaking of Emily Dickinson, Superhero, I’m currently giving it one more run-through to see if I may have missed anything on the previous edits. When I’m done, I’ll be uploading it to the various online markets!

What I’m listening to: Kira Neris – Judy In June (Ce Matin La)
