Catchup photo post 3 – Vermont

The third and final picture post showing a sampling of what’s been going on here in the Vermonts in the past month.

A local antique store int he middle of town was going out of business. We stopped by and took a look and saw this interesting basket thing.

On the way home we noticed this sign. I know pumpkins aren’t in season right now, so I’m guessing someone that way sells them in the fall? Maybe it has a secret meaning?

Baxter and Charlie Parker frequently sit the same way, or do the same thing at the same time without having first planned it out.

Enjoying one of my favorite beers, a Smuttynose S’muttonator on the porch.

Some flower things growing in the yard. We have a metric ass-ton of these things. (I should have paid more attention when I was a kid and my father tried to teach me the names of plants and stuff.)

A mountain (or two).

Ahhh! Crappy picture!

On one of the days last week when it was almost 100 degrees, Charlie melted into a dappled puddle on the kitchen floor, with his stuffed hedgehog, Andy.

Watering the garden.

The garden.
